DK Design & Build was established in 2015, we started out as a high end renovation company and with the support of our past clients, we quickly became one of the luxury home builders in the greater Seattle area.

We specialized in design-focused homes, our projects reflect an interest in modern living and contemporary style. Our design incorporate the beauty of the surrounding natural environment. We like the use of glazing systems to provide natural light to fill and give the warmth to the space. We strive for simplicity and an openness to the surrounding landscape that erodes the division between indoor and outdoor spaces; homes with an emphasis on texture and natural materials.

We’re also passionate about building homes the right way, with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

When we are not working, we like to travel and backpacking! :)
